摘　　要：随着近年来的城市地质学科发展,城市地质在促进和推动城市建设成效上暴露了一些问题。主要包括:对城乡规划需求了解不够,提交的地质成果实用性较差;城市地质调查工作理念落后,难以适应构建美好“人居环境”的要求;城市地质工作体系构架不足等。本文从城市规划与城市地质环境的关联角度出发,系统梳理了我国的城市地质工作中的现状,深层次探讨了城市地质与规划衔接层面的问题。通过地质调查对城乡规划的支撑性要素的表达,阐述了城市规划与城市地质的相关性,为城市地质工作提供了全新的思路。在今天“大地质”的背景下,对于城市地质这种跨界“产品”而言,应该走一条“以人本化服务”为核心思想的道路。本着“大地学”观的思想,在城市发展中,按照城市规划体系搭建城市地质工作构架,将城市地质工作划分为总体规划地质阶段、详细规划地质阶段与专项规划地质阶段。以“嵌入”的方式融入城市建设当中,形成地上加地下的协同表达模式。With the development of urban geology in recent years,some problems of this subject have appeared in promoting urban construction.For example,insufficient understanding of urban and rural planning leads to poor practicability of submitted geological results.The concept of urban geological survey is backward,thus difficult to adapt to the requirements of building a beautiful human settlement environment.The framework of urban geological work system is insufficient.From the aspect of the correlation between urban planning and urban geological environment,this work systematically summarized the present situation of urban geology in China,and discussed the connection between urban geology and planning in depth.Through the expression of supporting elements of urban and rural planning by geological survey,this work analyzed the correlation between urban planning and urban geology,which provides a new way of thinking for urban geology in China.Under the background of today s big geology,as a trans-boundary product,a“humanized service”should be the only way to take for urban geology as the core idea.On the idea of big geoscience,the framework of urban geological work should be built according to the urban planning system in the urban development,and the work is divided into general planning stage,detailed planning stage and special planning stage,being embedded into the urban construction to form the cooperative expression mode of ground and underground.
