新安医家王仲奇寒温并用法论治“时邪”经验浅析

摘　　要：王仲奇承祖业而远溯张仲景,近效程杏轩,旁及徐灵胎、叶天士诸家,其广征博采融会贯通,是而卓然成家。在辨证论治"时邪"的过程中,论循灵素,法取仲景,王仲奇以寒温并用为治疗大法,遣方用药分别从邪气盛衰与三焦病位入手,将经典治法灵活运用于临床,从而形成了王仲奇辨治"时邪"的特色。分析王仲奇寒温并用法诊治"时邪"的特色经验对当今中医药治疗外感病有重要的意义。WANG Zhong-qi inherited the family knowledge and took the reference to the ideas of the theories of ZHANG Zhong-jing,CHENG Xing-xuan,XU Ling-tai,and YE Tian-shi,etc.He summarized them and made it a whole.In the process of differentiation and treatment of the‘seasonal pathogen’,the theory follows the Lingshu,Suwen,with reference to the method of ZHANG Zhong-jing.Mr.WANG took combination of frigotherapy and pyretotherapy as the law of treatment,from the rise and fall of pathogenic qi,and the three jiao disease location,the classic method of treatment is applied flexibly to the clinic,so as to form the characteristic of WANG Zhong-qi distinguishing and treating the‘seasonal pathogen’.It is of great significance to the treatment of exogenous diseases with traditional Chinese medicine by analyzing the characteristics of the combination of frigotherapy and pyretotherapy treating‘seasonal pathogen’.
