惊恐与五脏关系探析

摘　　要：惊恐皆为肾之志,二者相似,日常生活中人们常惊恐相提并论。由于五脏与情志活动有对应的关系,一般认为情志过度常损伤相应脏腑而发病。但是,通读《黄帝内经》原文,可以发现,对于情志与五脏的关系,《黄帝内经》并不是简单地归结为某志对某脏的单一模式。文章以惊恐为例,详细分析了惊恐与五脏之间的关系,发现惊恐过度可伤五脏,五脏之疾均可致惊恐,因此临证应详审病机,综合分析,才不致误。Scar and fear both are the kidney’s emotion.They are similar,and they are often discussed together in daily life.Because of the corresponding relationship between the five Zang and emotion activities,it is generally believed that emotion often damages the corresponding viscera and produce disease.However,reading through the original text of Huangdi Neijing,we can find that,the relationship between emotion and the five Zang in Huangdi Neijing is not simply attributed to a single pattern of a certain emotion corresponding to a certain Zang.Taking fear as an example,this paper analyzes the relationship between fear and the five Zang in detail,and found that excessive fear can hurt the five Zang,and the diseases of the five Zang can cause fear.Therefore,the treatment based on syndrome differentiation should be detailed and make a comprehensive analysis so as not to make mistakes.
