摘　　要：文章系统总结国医大师邓铁涛教授防治高血压病的临证经验。邓铁涛教授提出,高血压病应将预防理念摆在首位,体现"未病先防"策略;患有高血压病的"已病"者,治疗上基于"五脏相关"理论,以阴阳为纲,分证论治,内治与外治相结合,临床应用安全有效。This article systematically summarized the clinical experience of DENG Tie-tao,a TCM master,in the prevention and treatment of hypertension.The prevention of hypertension should be put in the first place,reflecting the strategy of‘prevention before disease’,while the treatment of‘already illness’should be based on the theory of‘five Zang viscera-related’,with yin and yang as the key points,differentiation of syndrome into treatment,and combination of internal and external treatment,which is safe and effective in clinical application.
