附子汤证治探析

摘　　要：文章以精究病源、深探方论、解析药说的方法并结合《伤寒论》《金匮要略》《脉经》等相关原文,对附子汤的证治进行探析。附子汤为太阴经病、少阴病、妊娠腹痛病的常用方,有散寒除湿止痛、温中益气养血之功,临床应用以饮食不消、心痛吞酸、胃腹胀痛、体重节痛、二便不利、肤黄肢冷、舌淡胖苔白脉沉为辨证要点。This article discusses the pattern and application of Fuzi Decoction,with such methods of deeply probing into the causes of the disease,analyzing the composition of the prescription and expounding on the functions of the herbs in the light of the original clauses of Shanghan Lun,Jingui Yaolue and Mai Jing.Fuzi Decoction is commonly used to treat disorders of the taiyin channel and shaoyin channel as well as abdominal pain during pregnancy.It can dispel cold,remove dampness,relieve pain,warm the middle,replenish qi and nourish blood,clinically applicable for the treatment of indigested food,pain in the heart,acid regurgitation,distending pain in the stomach and abdomen,heaviness of the body,pain in the joints,unsmooth urination and defecation,yellow skin,cold limbs,pale and swollen tongue with white coating,and sinking pulse.
