摘　　要：总结王小云教授诊治妇科疾病的临床经验,王教授在"用药如用兵论"的启迪下,以战例比拟病例,临证中注重情志因素致病,处方强调见微知著,识别真伪,用药轻灵精练,辨证善抓主要矛盾,其治疗妇科疾病的策略经验与"夺其未至,保其未病"、"知彼知己,百战不殆"、"出奇制胜,多方制之"等思想不谋而合,寓意深刻,别开一面,疗效立竿见影。This paper summarizes professor WANG Xiao-yun’s clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of gynecological diseases.Under the enlightenment of‘medicine as military use’,professor WANG compares cases with war cases.In clinical cases,she pays attention to emotional factors to cause disease.The prescription emphasizes on seeing the small and knowing the small,identifying the true and the false,using drugs lightly and succinctly,and grasping the main contradictions based on syndrome differentiation.Her strategic experience in the treatment of gynecological diseases and‘seize the small and protect the sick’,‘know the other and know your friend,one hundred battles are invincible’and‘win by surprise,and make in many ways’coincide with each other.They have profound implications,and the curative effect is immediate.
