摘　　要：刺血疗法历史悠久,简便验廉,很受医家和病患的欢迎。然长久以来,医者多重视刺血疗法的临床应用,对其理论探讨不足,导致刺血疗法临床疗效不尽人意,甚或出现一些医疗事故。鉴此,文章探讨了刺血疗法的应用原则、临床功效、使用方法、放血量和适应证,结合相关医家思想和个人经验,以期为刺血疗法的临床应用提供理论借鉴。Pricking blood therapy has a long history and is simple and inexpensive,and is very popular with doctors and patients.However,for a long time,doctors have paid more attention to the clinical application of pricking blood therapy,and insufficiently explored its theory,resulting in unsatisfactory clinical efficacy of pricking blood therapy,or even some medical accidents.In view of this,this paper discussed the application principle,clinical efficacy,usage methods,bloodletting volume and indications of pricking blood therapy,combined with the thoughts of relevant doctors and personal experience,in order to provide theoretical reference for the clinical application of pricking blood therapy.
