摘　　要：血栓为心肌梗死、脑卒中、静脉栓塞的共同发病原因,心脑血管疾病成为全球的主要死因。地龙为我国传统中药之一,具有清热定惊、平肝息风、活血通络、平喘利尿等功效;在东亚,地龙作为抗凝剂和纤溶药物应用历史悠久。文章从活性成分、作用机制、毒副作用、临床应用等方面,通过查阅文献和查找数据库,对中药地龙的抗血栓活性成分进行综述,为临床指导用药和进一步开发奠定基础。Thrombus is the common cause of myocardial infarction,cerebral apoplexy and venous embolism;cardiovascular disease is regarded as one of the main leading causes for death of the world.Earthworms is one of the conventional Chinese animal drugs with various bioactivities.It has the functions of clearing away heat,calming convulsions,calming the liver and calming the wind,activating blood circulation and unblocking collaterals,relieving asthma and diuresis,etc.In east-Asia,earthworms were used to treat thromboembolism disease for centuries.In this paper,the antithrombotic active components in earthworm were reviewed from the aspects of bioactivity components,mechanism,toxicity and side effects,clinical application,etc.by consulting literature and searching database,which laid a foundation for clinical guidance and further development.
