基于“阴阳水火气血论”探究新安医家王仲奇血证辨治特色

摘　　要：新安医家王仲奇作为新安王氏内科第四代传人,一生潜心临证,苦心钻研,精于内科诸证,对血证亦有着独到的见解。王仲奇以清代唐宗海"阴阳水火气血论"为血证理论之基础,认为水火气血互生互用,强调血证与水火气血、脏腑功能息息相关,临床从阴、阳、水、火、气、血6个方面,根据不同疾病的致病机制,采用滋阴、扶阳、逐水、清火、理气、活血等不同治法,治疗虚劳、崩漏、肺痈、咯血、鼻衄、月经不调、蓄血等疾病,特色突出,疗效显著。As the fourth generation of the Xin’an WANGs’internal medicine,WANG Zhong-qi,a Xin’an medical doctor,has devoted himself to his life and painstaking research.He is well versed in internal medicine and has unique insights into blood syndrome.WANG used the theory of‘yin,yang,water,fire,spirit,and blood’of TANG Zong-hai in the Qing dynasty as the basis of blood syndrome theory.He believed that water,fire,spirit and blood interacted with each other,emphasizing that blood syndrome is closely related to water,fire,spirit,blood,and viscera function.Clinically,from six aspects of yin,yang,water,fire,spirit and blood,he used different treatment methods according to the pathogenesis of different diseases,such as nourishing yin,supplementing yang,chasing water,clearing fire,regulating spirit and promoting blood circulation and so on.In weakness,uterine bleeding,pulmonary phlegm,hemoptysis,nosebleed,irregular menstruation,blood storage and other diseases,he has outstanding features and remarkable curative effect.
