乳腺小叶增生筛选方外用对乳腺增生病大鼠动情周期的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察乳腺小叶增生筛选方外用对乳腺增生病模型大鼠动情周期的影响。方法:通过苯甲酸雌二醇序贯黄体酮肌肉注射复制大鼠乳腺增生病模型,治疗组予乳腺小叶增生筛选方外用,与模型组、空白对照组比较,通过阴道涂片观察大鼠动情周期的变化。结果:适应性饲养阶段,3组大鼠动情周期持续时间及各阶段持续时间无显著性差异。造模阶段,与空白对照组比较,模型组和治疗组动情周期持续时间显著延长(P<0.05),各阶段时间均显著延长(P<0.05),部分大鼠动情间期消失。治疗阶段,与空白对照组比较,模型组大鼠动情周期时间仍然延长(P<0.05),其中动情前、动情期时间持续延长(P<0.05);治疗组大鼠的动情周期时间比模型组缩短(P<0.05),其中动情间期时间显著缩短(P<0.05),动情间期消失的情况得到改善(P<0.05)。结论:通过雌二醇序贯黄体酮肌肉注射可成功复制乳腺增生病大鼠模型。乳腺增生病大鼠表现为动情周期持续时间延长,部分大鼠动情间期消失。提示乳腺增生病的发生与机体内分泌激素水平紊乱有关。外用乳腺小叶增生筛选方可加速乳腺增生病大鼠复旧,使延长的动情周期缩短。Objective:To observe the impact of the estrus cycle of screening formula for breast lobular hyperplasia(XYZSF)on mammary gland hyperplasia model rats.Methods:Rat models of experimental mammary hyperplasia were established by intramuscular injection of estrogen and progestin.After the model was established,the medication group was acupoint applicated with XYZSF,and observed changes in the estrus cycle of the rats by vaginal smears.Results:During the period of modeling,the estrus cycle duration of the model group and the medication group was significantly longer than that of the control group(P<0.05),significantly extended time at each stage(P<0.05),and partial rats’diestrus disappeared.After treatment,compared with the control group,the estrus cycle time of the model group was still prolonged(P<0.05),proestrus and estrus continued to extend(P<0.05).The estrous cycle time of the rats in the medication group was shorter than that of the model group(P<0.05),and the diestrus was significantly shortened(P<0.05).The disappearance of the diestrus was restored(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sequential progesterone intramuscular injection of estradiol can successfully replicate mammary gland hyperplasia rat model.Mammary gland hyperplasia rats show prolonged estrous cycle duration,and some estrous intervals disappeared.It is suggested that the occurrence of hyperplasia of mammary glands is related to the disorder of hormone levels in the body.Topical mammary gland lobular hyperplasia screening can accelerate the aging of mammary gland hyperplasia rats and shorten the prolonged estrous cycle.
