温肾健骨方治疗阳虚质骨质疏松症50例临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察温肾健骨方对阳虚质骨质疏松症患者腰背痛、肢体活动状况(SPPB)、骨密度(BMD)、骨代谢生化指标影响的临床研究。方法:将100例骨质疏松症患者随机分为治疗组(50例)及对照组(50例)。对照组给予基础抗骨质疏松治疗,治疗组用温肾健骨方联合基础治疗,为期6周。记录分析患者治疗前后腰背痛评分及SPPB评分情况;测定患者治疗前后血清钙(Ca)、血磷(P)、骨钙素(BGP)及Ⅰ型前胶原氨基端肽水平(P1NP);腰椎1-4(L1-4)、股骨颈BMD的变化情况。结果:治疗前两组的腰背痛评分、肢体功能活动评分、腰椎1-4(L1-4)及股骨颈BMD、Ca、P、BGP及P1NP比较差异无统计学意义;治疗6周后,治疗组SPPB评分、腰椎1-4(L1-4)及股骨颈BMD、Ca、P水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组腰背痛评分、BGP及P1NP水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:温肾健骨方对阳虚质骨质疏松有良好的治疗与改善症状的作用。Objective:To observe the effects of Wenshen Jiangu Formula on low back pain,limb activity,bone mineral density and biochemical indexes of bone metabolism in patients with osteoporosis due to yang deficiency.Methods:One hundred patients with osteoporosis were randomly divided into treatment group(50 cases)and control group(50 cases).The control group was treated with basic anti-osteoporosis therapy,while the treatment group was treated with Wenshen Jiangu Formula combined with basic treatment for 6 weeks.Back pain score and short physical performance battery(SPPB)were recorded and analyzed before and after treatment.The levels of serum calcium(Ca),blood phosphorus(P),osteocalcin(BGP)and type 1 procollagen amino terminal peptide(P1NP),the change of bone mineral density(BMD)of lumbar spine 1-4(L1-4)and femoral neck bone density were measured before and after treatment.Results:There was no significant difference in the scores of low back pain,limb function activity,lumbar spine 1-4(L1-4)and femoral neck BMD,Ca,P,BGP and P1NP between the two groups before treatment;after 6 weeks of treatment,the scores of SPPB,lumbar spine 1-4(L1-4)and femoral neck BMD,Ca and P levels in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The score of low back pain and the levels of BGP and P1NP were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Wenshen Jiangu Formula can significantly relieve the pain of osteoporosis patients,enhance limb activity,improve the physical condition of patients,increase bone density and reduce bone turnover.It has a good effect on the treatment and improvement of symptoms of osteoporosis due to Yang deficiency.
