Histoacryl组织胶水应用于腹腔镜阑尾切除术中的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨Histoacryl组织胶水应用于腹腔镜阑尾切除术(LA)中的效果.方法回顾性分析2019年2月至7月60例行LA患者的临床资料,其中用组织胶水关闭切口(观察组)30例,丝线关闭切口(对照组)30例.比较两组关闭切口时间、切口愈合等级、切口疼痛、切口满意度的差异.结果两组关闭切口时间、切口愈合等级比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).两组术后回病房时、术后12h切口疼痛程度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),术后24h切口疼痛程度比较,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).手术切口满意度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论Histoacryl组织胶水应用于LA,可以减轻术后切口疼痛,提高切口愈合满意度.值得推广使用.Objective To investigate the efficacy of Histoacryl tissue glue in Laparoscopic appendectomy(LA).Methods A retrospective analysis of 60 cases of LA medical records from February 2019 to July 2019 was performed.Among them,30 cases(test group)were closed with tissue glue,and 30 cases were closed with silk thread(control group).The difference between the time of closure of the incision,the level of wound healing,the pain of the incision,and the satisfaction of the incision were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the time of closure of the incision and the degree of incision healing between the two groups(P>0.05).There were significant differences in the degree of incision pain between the two groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The satisfaction of surgical incision was relatively good,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Histoacryl tissue glue can be used in LA to reduce postoperative incision pain and improve the satisfaction of incision healing.It is worth promoting.
