摘　　要：胡家草场M12汉简律典的年代晚于张家山M247汉简《二年律令》,内容上相似,但在竹简容字等方面存在差别。本文借助胡家草场汉律,对《二年律令·盗律》《传食律》有关律文的编联进行调整,对于正确认识和理解《二年律令》具有重要意义。Bamboo slips unearthed from the tomb M12 of the Han Dynasty at Hujiacaochang,on which some criminal laws were written,were manufactured later than those unearthed from the tomb M247 at Zhangjiashan,the latter of which documented the Statutes and Ordinances of the Second Year.The laws discovered at the two places have similar contents but differ in the number of characters.The present paper,relying on the laws of the Han Dynasty discovered at Hujiacaochang,adjusted the order of bamboo slips unearthed at Zhangjiashan which documented the Law of Banditry and the Statutes on Food Rations at Conveyance Stations.It is believed that adjustment in the order of bamboo slips would promote a better understanding of the Statutes and Ordinances of the Second Year.
