摘 要:研究目的:为分析米轨混凝土枕有砟道床横向阻力变化特征,本文首先通过圆筒堆底试验与离散元模拟对道砟的摩擦系数进行标定,然后采用离散元法研究匀速推动轨枕和变速推动轨枕两种情况下米轨道床横向阻力特性,同时用单根轨枕测试法开展米轨道床横向阻力试验以验证离散元模型的正确性,最后利用离散元模型探究道砟堆高和道床肩宽对米轨混凝土枕有砟道床横向阻力的影响。研究结论:(1)通过圆筒堆底试验与离散元模拟发现,道砟颗粒摩擦系数取0. 63时与试验结果相吻合;(2)与匀速推动轨枕相比,变速推动轨枕得到的道床横向阻力仿真值与实测值更吻合,因此变速推轨枕得到的道床横向阻力的仿真精度更高;(3)米轨混凝土枕有砟道床横向阻力随着砟肩堆高的增加而增大,砟肩堆高150 mm能显著提高米轨混凝土枕有砟道床横向阻力;(4)随着道床肩宽的增加,米轨混凝土枕有砟道床横向阻力不断增大,当道床肩宽在400~500 mm之间时对道床横向阻力的提高最经济有效;(5)本研究成果可为米轨铁路无缝线路设计理论和米轨铁路有砟道床设计理论提供参考。Research purposes: The characteristics of the lateral resistance of meter-gage railway for concrete sleeper are analyzed based on the discrete element method. Firstly,the friction coefficient of ballast is calibrated by cylinder pile bottom test and discrete element simulation. Then,the discrete element method is used to study the lateral resistance characteristics of the meter-gage ballast bed under two conditions of the uniform speed pushing sleeper and the variable speed pushing sleeper. At the same time,a single sleeper test method is used to test the lateral resistance of the meter-gage ballast bed to verify the correctness of the discrete element model. Finally,the discrete element model is used to explore the influence of shoulder height and ballast bed shoulder width on the lateral resistance of meter-gage ballast bed for concrete sleeper.Research conclusions:(1) It is found through the cylinder pile bottom test and discrete element simulation that the ballast particle friction coefficient is 0. 63,which is consistent with the experimental results.(2) Compared with the uniform speed pushing sleeper,the simulation value of the lateral resistance of the ballast bed obtained by the variable speed pushing sleeper is more consistent with the actual measurement,so the simulation accuracy of the lateral resistance of the ballast bed obtained by the variable speed pushing sleeper is higher.(3) With the increase of shoulder height,the lateral resistance of meter-gage ballast bed for concrete sleeper increases. Shoulder height with 150 mm can significantly improve the lateral resistance of meter-gage ballast bed for concrete sleeper.(4) With the increase of ballast bed shoulder width,the lateral resistance of meter-gage ballast bed for concrete sleeper increases. When the shoulder width of the ballast bed is 400 ~ 500 mm,the increase of the lateral resistance of the ballast bed is the most cost-effective.(5) The research results can provide reference for the design theory of the continuously welded rail of meter-ga
