角度镜在支撑喉镜下声带肿物暴露困难中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:探究角度镜在支撑喉镜下声带肿物暴露困难中的临床应用效果。方法:选择笔者所在医院2016年10月-2019年10月收治的23例声带肿物患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分成对照组(11例)和研究组(12例),对照组采用支撑喉镜下声带病变切除术治疗,研究组采用30°鼻内镜联合支撑喉镜下声带病变切除术治疗,对比两组声带肿物暴露率、治疗总有效率及术后并发症发生率。结果:研究组声带肿物暴露率、治疗总有效率均高于对照组,术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:角度镜在支撑喉镜下声带肿物暴露困难中的临床应用效果显著,值得临床应用和推广。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of angle mirror on the difficulty of vocal cord mass exposure under supporting laryngoscope.Method:A total of 23 patients with vocal cord tumor admitted to our hospital from October 2016 to October 2019 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into the control group (11 cases) and the study group (12 cases) by random number table method.The control group was treated by vocal cord lesion resection under the support laryngoscope,and the study group was treated by vocal cord lesion resection under the 30 ° nasal endoscope combined with the support laryngoscope.The exposure rate,total effective rate and incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Result:The exposure rate of vocal cord tumor and the total effective rate of treatment in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical application of the angle mirror in the difficult exposure of vocal cord tumor under the supporting laryngoscope is significant,and it is worth clinical application and promotion.
