叙事医学护理模式对慢性鼻窦炎患者生活质量及自我效能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探索叙事医学护理模式对慢性鼻窦炎患者生活质量及自我效能的影响。方法:选取2018年3月-2019年9月在笔者所在医院耳鼻喉科就诊的85例慢性鼻窦炎患者为研究对象,其中40例接受常规护理为对照组,45例接受叙事医学护理为观察组。比较两组患者干预后1个月的生存质量及自我效能水平差异。结果:干预后,观察组患者的各维度生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中以情感职能、活力和总体健康更显著(P<0.001)。干预后,观察组自我效能评分为(34.5±1.7)分,高于对照组的(33.8±1.2)分,差异有统计学意义(t=2.167,P=0.017)。结论:慢性鼻窦炎患者采用叙事医学护理模式,可以有效改善生活质量并提高患者的自我效能水平,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective:To explore the effect of narrative medical nursing model on the quality of life and self-efficacy of patients with chronic sinusitis.Method:A total of 85 patients with chronic sinusitis who were treated in the Department of Otolaryngology from March 2018 to September 2019 were selected as the research subjects.Among them,40 cases received routine care as the control group and 45 cases received narrative medical care as the observation group.The differences in quality of life and self-efficacy at 1 month after intervention between the two groups were compared.Result:After intervention,the quality of life scores of the patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05),and especially in terms of emotional function,vitality,and overall health (P<0.001).After intervention,self-efficacy score of the observation group was (34.5±1.7) points,which was higher than that of the control group of (33.8±1.2) points,and the difference was statistically significant (t=2.167,P=0.017).Conclusion:The use of narrative medical nursing model in patients with chronic sinusitis can effectively improve the quality of life and improve the patients’ self-efficacy level,which is worthy of clinical application.
