芳香疗法缓解淋巴瘤患者化疗后恶心呕吐的护理体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨芳香疗法缓解淋巴瘤患者化疗后恶心呕吐的护理体会。方法:选取2017年6月-2018年6月笔者所在医院收治的淋巴瘤患者80例,随机分为两组,对照组在患者化疗后采用常规方式进行护理,研究组在对照组的基础上采用芳香疗法进行护理干预。比较两组护理效果。结果:研究组患者化疗后呕吐发生频率、呕吐持续时间及呕吐症状的严重程度评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者的护理满意度为92.5%,优于对照组的72.5%(P<0.05)。结论:患者在进行淋巴瘤化疗后,应用芳香疗法来缓解患者恶心呕吐的症状,从而减轻患者的痛苦,并且可有效地提高患者的护理满意度,临床上应当进一步推广应用。Objective:To explore the nursing experience of aromatherapy in alleviating nausea and vomiting after chemotherapy in patients with lymphoma.Method:A total of 80 cases of lymphoma patients admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine nursing care after chemotherapy,and the study group received aromatherapy for nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.Compared the nursing effect between the two groups.Result:The frequency of vomiting after chemotherapy,the duration of vomiting and the severity score of vomiting symptoms in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 92.5%,which was better than 72.5% of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Aromatherapy can alleviate the symptoms of nausea and vomiting of patients after lymphoma chemotherapy,so as to alleviate the pain of patients,improve the patients’ nursing satisfaction,clinical should be further promoted.
