消化内科内镜治疗中应用护理质量管理对感染控制的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨消化内科内镜治疗中应用护理质量管理对感染控制的影响。方法:选取2018年4月-2019年4月笔者所在医院消化内科收治的100例患者,随机分为试验组(50例)与对照组(50例)。对照组接受常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上接受护理质量管理。对两组各项感染监测指标进行收集、分析和对比。结果:试验组内镜水槽、消毒液、内腔合格率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组院内感染率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在消化内科内镜治疗患者中应用基于护理质量管理体系的护理策略,能够与医院整体感染管理体系互相交叉,互为补充,进一步控制消化内科患者的感染情况,值得推广。Objective:To explore the effects of nursing quality management on infection control in endoscopic therapy of gastroenterology.Method:From April 2018 to April 2019,100 patients admitted to the department of gastroenterology of our hospital and were randomly divided into the experimental group (50 cases) and the control group (50 cases).The control group received routine nursing,and the experimental group received nursing quality management on the basis of the control group.The infection monitoring indexes of the two groups were collected,analyzed and compared.Result:The qualified rates of flume,disinfectant and internal cavity of digestive endoscopy in the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The infection rate in the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of nursing strategy based on nursing quality management system can cross and complement with the overall infection management system of the hospital,and further control the infection of patients in the department of gastroenterology.It is worth popularizing.
