花生衣水煎剂联合rhIL-11治疗TP方案化疗所致血小板减少症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:评价花生衣水煎剂联合rhIL-11(重组人白介素-11)治疗TP(紫杉醇+卡铂)方案化疗所致血小板减少症的临床效果与安全性。方法:选取2019年3-12月在笔者所在医院住院并使用TP方案化疗后出现血小板减少症的肿瘤患者共30例。采用自身对照研究,首次出现血小板减少时为对照组,给予rhIL-11升血小板治疗,下一周期化疗再次出现血小板减少为治疗组,在原对照组治疗基础上加用花生衣水煎剂口服。观察血小板计数最低值、血小板下降至最低值时间、血小板恢复至≥100×10~9/L时间及不良反应。结果:治疗组血小板计数最低值高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组血小板计数下降至最低值时间及血小板恢复至≥100×10~9/L时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应事件比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:花生衣水煎剂联合白介素-11能减轻TP化疗方案抑制血小板程度,不增加不良反应事件。Objective:To evaluate the effect and safety of the peanut garment decoction combined with recombinant human interleukin-11 for thrombocytopenia induced by TP chemotherapy regimen.Method:A total of 30 cases of cancer in-patients with thrombocytopenia induced by TP chemotherapy regimen were enrolled from March to December 2019 in our hospital.Those patients who were treated by rhIL-11 at the first time suffering from thrombocytopenia were selected as the control group,the same patient was treated by the peanut garment decoction combined with rhIL-11 when thrombocytopenia appeared again after next chemotherapy and they were regarded as the observation group.Self-control test was used.The minimum of platelet(PLT)levels,duration time,recovery time and adverse reactions were observed and compared.Result:The minimum of platelet in observation group was higher than that in control group,there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The duration time and the recovery time in observation group were better than those in control group,there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The peanut garment decoction combined with recombinant human interleukin-11 could reduce the degree of thrombocytopenia induced by TP chemotherapy regimen,and did not increase the incidence of adverse reactions.
