腹部超声联合阴道超声在少见部位异位妊娠患者中的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨腹部超声联合阴道超声在少见部位异位妊娠患者中的诊断价值。方法:选取2014年1月-2019年10月于笔者所在医院接受治疗的107例少见部位异位妊娠患者作为研究对象,均接受腹部超声及阴道超声检查,对比单用腹部超声检查与腹部超声+阴道超声检查的不同部位妊娠检出率。结果:单用腹部超声检查与腹部超声+阴道超声检查的残角妊娠、宫颈妊娠检出率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);腹部超声+阴道超声检查的卵巢妊娠、间质部妊娠、宫角妊娠、瘢痕妊娠检出率均明显高于单用腹部超声检查,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在少见部位异位妊娠患者的临床诊断中,采用腹部超声联合阴道超声进行检查有较高的诊断价值,可为临床医师提供更加全面、完整的声像图信息,有利于降低误诊和漏诊率,显著提高临床检出率,值得进一步推广和应用。Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of abdominal ultrasound combined with vaginal ultrasound in patients with rare site of ectopic pregnancy.Method:A total of 107 patients with rare site of ectopic pregnancy who were treated in our hospital from January 2014 to October 2019 were selected as the study targets.All patients received abdominal ultrasound and vaginal ultrasound examination.The pregnancy detection rates of different sites were compared between single abdominal ultrasound and abdominal ultrasound+vaginal ultrasound.Result:The detection rate of residual horn pregnancy and cervix pregnancy of single abdominal ultrasound were compared with those of abdominal ultrasound+vaginal ultrasound,and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The detection rate of ovarian pregnancy,interstitial pregnancy,uterine horn pregnancy and scar pregnancy of abdominal ultrasound+vaginal ultrasound were significantly higher than those of single abdominal ultrasound,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical diagnosis of patients with rare site of ectopic pregnancy,the use of abdominal ultrasound combined with vaginal ultrasound for examination has higher diagnostic value.It can provide clinicians with more comprehensive and complete sonographic information,which can reduce the incidences of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis,significantly improve the clinical detection rate,and it is worth further promotion and application.
