摘　　要：目的:探讨腹腔镜胃部分切除术患者术前心理疏导需求情况及影响因素。方法:选取笔者所在医院2017年12月-2018年10月收治并给予腹腔镜胃部分切除术的108例患者为研究对象,采用心理疏导需求调查问卷对患者的心理疏导需求情况进行调查。收集患者性别、年龄、疾病分期、文化程度、社会支持程度等临床资料。采用多因素Logistic回归分析腹腔镜胃部分切除术患者术前心理疏导需求的影响因素。结果:108例腹腔镜胃部分切除术患者中,心理疏导需求较高68例(62.96%),心理疏导需求一般28例(25.93%),无心理疏导需求12例(11.11%)。单因素分析显示,年龄、疾病分期、文化程度、社会支持程度与腹腔镜胃部分切除术患者术前心理疏导需求程度有关(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,年龄、疾病分期、文化程度和社会支持程度是影响腹腔镜胃部分切除术患者术前心理疏导需求程度的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜胃部分切除术患者术前心理疏导需求较高,年龄、疾病分期、文化程度和社会支持程度是腹腔镜胃部分切除术患者术前心理疏导需求程度影响因素,临床上应根据影响因素实施针对性的干预。Objective:To explore the preoperative psychological counseling needs of patients with laparoscopic partial gastrectomy and its influencing factors.Method:A total of 108 patients with laparoscopic partial gastrectomy in our hospital from December 2017 to October 2018 were selected as the study subjects.Psychological counseling needs questionnaire was used to investigate the psychological counseling needs of patients.Clinical data such as gender,age,disease stage,education degree and social support degree were collected.Multivariate Logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of preoperative psychological counseling needs of patients with laparoscopic partial gastrectomy.Result:Among the 108 patients with laparoscopic partial gastrectomy,68 cases(62.96%)had high psychological counseling needs,28 cases(25.93%)had normal psychological counseling needs,and 12 cases(11.11%)had no psychological counseling needs.Univariate analysis showed that age,disease stage,education degree and social support degree were related to the degree of preoperative psychological counseling needs of patients with laparoscopic partial gastrectomy(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that age,disease stage,education degree and social support degree were independent risk factors influencing the preoperative psychological counseling needs of patients with laparoscopic partial gastrectomy(P<0.05).Conclusion:Preoperative psychological counseling needs of patients with laparoscopic partial gastrectomy are relatively high.Age,disease stage,education degree and social support degree are the influencing factors of preoperative psychological counseling needs of patients with laparoscopic partial gastrectomy,and clinical intervention should be carried out according to the influencing factors.
