知信行护理对康复期精神分裂症患者的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨知信行护理对康复期精神分裂症患者的影响。方法:选取笔者所在医院2018年2月-2019年12月收治的60例康复期精神分裂症患者,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用知信行护理。比较两组护理前后精神分裂及社会功能缺陷严重程度、自知力、生活质量及护理依从性。结果:护理后观察组BPRS、SDSS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后观察组ITAQ、Spitzer评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理总依从性为93.3%,高于对照组的70.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对康复期精神分裂症患者实施知信行护理,不仅可降低精神分裂和社会功能缺陷严重程度,还可提高自知力及生活质量,值得临床进一步推广应用。Objective:To explore the influence of knowledge,belief and practice nursing on convalescence schizophrenia patients.Method:A total of 60 patients with convalescence schizophrenia admitted in our hospital from February 2018 to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given knowledge,belief and practice nursing.The severity of schizophrenia and social function defects,self-knowledge,quality of life and nursing dependence before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Result:After nursing,the BPRS and SDSS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the ITAQ and Spitzer scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing dependence in the observation group was 93.3%,which was higher than 70.0%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of knowledge,belief and practice nursing for convalescence schizophrenia patients can not only reduce the severity of schizophrenia and social function defects,but also improve self-knowledge and quality of life,which is worthy of further promotion and application in clinic.
