摘　　要：目的:探讨中医治疗干眼病的方法和临床效果。方法:回顾性选取2017年1月-2019年12月笔者所在医院收治的干眼病患者60例(120眼),依据治疗方法分为中药内服联合超声雾化治疗组(研究组,n=30,60眼)和爱丽滴眼液治疗组(对照组,n=30,60眼),统计分析两组症状评分、FL评分、SIt、BUT、临床疗效。结果:治疗前两组症状评分、FL评分、SIt、BUT比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后研究组症状评分、FL评分均低于对照组,SIt、BUT均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率为96.7%(29/30),高于对照组的73.3%(22/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:干眼病中药内服联合超声雾化治疗临床效果优于爱丽滴眼液治疗。Objective:To explore the methods and clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine for dry eye disease.Method:A total of 60 cases(120 eyes)with dry eye disease in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were retrospectively selected.According to the treatment methods,they were divided into the Chinese medicine orally taken in combination with ultrasonic atomization treatment group(study group,n=30,60 eyes)and the Aili eye drops treatment group(control group,n=30,60 eyes).The symptom score,FL score,SIt,BUT and clinical efficacy of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Result:Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in symptom score,FL score,SIt and BUT between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the symptom score and FL score in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the SIt and BUT in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 96.7%(29/30),higher than 73.3%(22/30)in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of dry eye disease treated by traditional Chinese medicine combined with ultrasonic atomization is better than Aili eye drops.
