摘　　要：目的:观察静脉留置针规范化培训的临床效果。方法:选择2018年6月-2019年6月笔者所在医院60例护士进行研究,将其随机分为研究组与对照组,各30例。对照组实施常规护理培训,研究组进行静脉留置针规范化培训。比较两组考核成绩、穿刺情况及满意度。结果:研究组护士专业水平及专业知识评分均高于对照组,护理不良事件次数少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组一次性穿刺成功率为90.00%,提前拔管率为18.00%,贴膜固定有效率为92.00%,均高于对照组的72.00%、36.00%、76.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组留置时间长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组总满意度为96.00%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对护士进行静脉留置针规范化培训,并配合良好的护理措施,可有效延长留置时间,提高贴膜固定有效率,患者满意度较高,值得应用。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of standardized training on intravenous indwelling needle.Method:A total of 60 nurses in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected for the study and randomly divided into the study group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing training,and the study group received standardized training on intravenous indwelling needle.The examination results,puncture situation and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Result:The professional level and professional knowledge score of nurses in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the number of nursing adverse events was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the study group,the one-time puncture success rate,early extubation rate and the effective rate of film fixation were 90.00%,18.00%and 92.00%,respectively,which were all higher than 72.00%,36.00%and 76.00%of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The indwelling time of the study group was longer than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the study group was 96.00%,which was higher than 80.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized training on intravenous indwelling needle for nurses,combined with good nursing measures,can effectively extend the indwelling time,improve the efficiency of film fixation,and the patient satisfaction is high,which is worthy of application.
