综合护理干预应用于腹腔镜低位及超低位直肠癌术后的效果及护理满意度分析

摘　　要：目的:分析综合护理干预应用于腹腔镜低位及超低位直肠癌术后的效果及对护理满意度影响。方法:纳入2016年1月-2019年7月笔者所在医院收治的78例腹腔镜低位及超低位直肠癌手术患者,随机分为两组,对照组39例采取常规外科护理,试验组39例采取综合护理干预,对比两组SAS、SDS评分、并发症情况及护理满意度。结果:试验组护理5 d后SAS、SDS评分均明显低于对照组,并发症发生率(5.13%)明显低于对照组(25.64%),护理满意度(94.87%)明显高于对照组(71.79%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将综合护理干预应用于腹腔镜低位及超低位直肠癌手术患者围术期护理中,可有效减轻焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪,降低并发症发生率,提高患者满意度,值得借鉴。Objective:To analyze the effect and nursing satisfaction of comprehensive nursing intervention on laparoscopic low and ultra-low rectal cancer surgery.Method:Seventy-eight patients with laparoscopic low and ultra-low rectal cancer who underwent surgery from January 2016 to July 2019 were included and randomly divided into two groups.And 39 patients in the control group received traditional nursing,and 39 patients in the experimental group received comprehensive nursing intervention.The scores of SAS and SDS,complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:The scores of SAS and SDS in the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group after 5 days of nursing,and the incidence of complications(5.13%)was significantly lower than that of the control group(25.64%),and the nursing satisfaction(94.87%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(71.79%),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention in the perioperative nursing of patients with laparoscopic low and ultra-low rectal cancer surgery can effectively alleviate the negative emotions such as anxiety and depression,reduce the incidence of complications and improve patients’satisfaction.It is worth learning.
