摘  要:目的:探讨优化护理急救流程在急性心肌梗死合并心律失常患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年5月-2019年8月笔者所在医院急诊科收治的确诊为急性心肌梗死合并心律失常患者90例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(44例)和观察组(46例),对照组采取常规急诊护理,观察组采取优化护理急救流程,比较两组急救时间、心功能及护理满意度。结果:观察组急救时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组LVDd及LVDs均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为86.96%,高于对照组的68.18%(P<0.05)。结论:将优化护理急救流程应用于急性心肌梗死合并心律失常患者中能够缩短急救时间,改善患者心功能,提高护理满意度,在临床护理工作中有较高的应用价值。Objective:To explore the application effect of optimizing nursing first aid procedure in patients with acute myocardial infarction and arrhythmia.Method:From May 2018 to August 2019,90 patients with acute myocardial infarction and arrhythmia admitted to the emergency department of our hospital were selected and divided into the control group(44 cases)and the observation group(46 cases)according to the random number table.The control group took routine first-aid nursing,and the observation group took optimizing nursing first aid procedure.The first-aid time,cardiac function and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Result:The first-aid time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).LVDd and LVDs of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).And the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 86.96%,which was higher than 68.18%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of optimizing nursing first aid procedure in the patients with acute myocardial infarction and arrhythmia can shorten the first-aid time,improve the cardiac function of the patients,and improve the nursing satisfaction,which has high application value in clinical nursing work.
