经皮椎体成形术对骨质疏松性脊椎压缩骨折患者腰椎功能与疼痛的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究骨质疏松性脊椎压缩骨折患者行经皮椎体成形术治疗方案对腰椎功能和疼痛的影响。方法:将2017年7月-2019年7月于笔者所在医院接受治疗的81例骨质疏松性脊椎压缩骨折患者随机分为两组,观察组41例,对照组40例。观察组给予经皮椎体成形术治疗方案,对照组给予保守治疗方案。将两组治疗前后功能障碍指数(ODI)、视觉模拟评分(VAS)、椎体前缘高度及Cobb角进行记录和对比。结果:治疗后,观察组ODI评分为(15.51±3.24)分,显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组VAS评分为(2.11±0.21)分,低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组椎体前缘高度为(25.19±2.35)mm,高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组Cobb角为(9.12±3.06)°,小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:骨质疏松性脊椎压缩骨折患者采用经皮椎体成形术治疗,能够改善腰椎功能,减轻疼痛,缩短椎体前缘高度恢复进程。Objective:To investigate the effect of percutaneous vertebroplasty on lumbar function and pain in patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture.Method:A total of 81 cases of osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture who were treated in our hospital from July 2017 to July 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,41 cases in the observation group,and 40 cases in the control group.And the observation group was given percutaneous vertebroplasty,and the control group was given conservative treatment plan.The Oswestry dysfunction index(ODI),visual analog scale(VAS),anterior vertebral height and Cobb angle before and after treatment were recorded and compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the ODI score of the observation group was(15.51±3.24)points,which was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The VAS score of the observation group was(2.11±0.21)points,which was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the anterior vertebral height of the observation group was(25.19±2.35)mm,which was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the Cobb angle of the observation group was(9.12±3.06)°,which was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Percutaneous vertebroplasty for patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures can improve the lumbar function,reduce the pain,and shorten the recovery process of the anterior vertebral height.
