摘 要:目的:分析3D打印联合Mimics软件在肘关节骨折中的应用效果。方法:选取60例笔者所在医院2015年1月-2019年1月收治的肘关节骨折患者,基于平行对照法将其分为两组,每组30例。对照组行常规手术,观察组根据3D打印联合Mimics软件开展手术。比较两组临床指标、肘关节Mayo功能评分和肘关节活动度。结果:两组住院时间、切口长度比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组透视次数、出血量及手术时间均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术前,两组肘关节Mayo功能评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组术后3、6个月肘关节Mayo功能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组旋后、屈曲、旋前及伸直活动度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:3D打印联合Mimics软件在肘关节骨折治疗中具有较高的应用价值,不仅可以缩短手术时间,同时还可以显著改善患者肘关节活动功能状况。Objective:To analyze the application effect of 3D printing combined with Mimics software in elbow joint fracture.Method:A total of 60 patients with elbow joint fracture admitted in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2019 were selected.They were divided into two groups based on the parallel control method,with 30 patients in each group.The control group underwent routine surgery,while the observation group performed the surgery according to 3D printing combined with Mimics software.The clinical indexes,Mayo function score of elbow joint and elbow joint activity degree of the two groups were compared.Result:There were no significant differences in length of stay and incision between the two groups (P>0.05).The number of fluoroscopy,the amount of bleeding and operation time in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Before surgery,there was no significant difference in the Mayo function score of elbow joint between the two groups (P>0.05).The Mayo function score of elbow joint in the observation group were higher than those in the control group at 3 and 6 months after surgery,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The activity degree of posterior rotation,flexion,anterior rotation and straightening in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:3D printing combined with Mimics software has a high application value in the treatment of elbow joint fracture.It can not only shorten the operation time,but also significantly improve the elbow joint activity function of patients.
