摘  要:目的:探析应用磁共振弥散加权成像鉴别诊断脑胶质瘤、脑单发转移瘤的临床价值。方法:选取笔者所在医院2010年1月-2019年1月收治的经病理确诊为脑胶质瘤、脑单发转移瘤患者各20例,分别设为胶质瘤组与转移瘤组,所有患者均拟定手术治疗方案,术前应用常规MRI、弥散加权成像手段检查并测量两组弥散系数指标。结果:胶质瘤组肿瘤实质弥散系数指标高于转移瘤组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组瘤周水肿弥散系数指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对脑胶质瘤、脑单发转移瘤患者应用磁共振弥散加权成像手段检测能够在一定程度发挥鉴别效果,对后续治疗方案制定具备针对性提供思路,值得临床推广。Objective:To analyze the clinical value of MRI diffusion weighted imaging in the differential diagnosis of gliomas and single brain metastases.Method:A total of 20 patients with pathologically confirmed gliomas and 20 patients with single brain metastases diagnosed in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2019 were selected,and they were set as the glioma group and the metastatic tumor group respectively.All the patients were prepared with a surgical treatment plan.Before surgery,conventional MRI and diffusion weighted imaging were used to check and measure the dispersion coefficient indexes of the two groups.Result:The diffusion coefficient of tumor parenchyma in the glioma group was higher than that in the metastatic tumor group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the diffusion coefficient of peritumor edema between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:The use of diffusion weighted magnetic resonance imaging to detect glioma and single brain metastatic tumor patients can play a differentiating effect to a certain extent,and it can provide targeted ideas for the development of subsequent treatment plans,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
