摘　　要：目的:分析思维导图引导预见性护理对新生儿重症监护室呼吸机相关性肺炎的干预效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院2018年12月-2019年12月收治的68例重症监护室呼吸机相关性肺炎患儿作为研究对象。按随机数字表法,分为对照组(34例)和观察组(34例)。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组采用思维导图引导预见性护理干预。比较两组家属护理满意度、相关时间指标及并发症发生率。结果:观察组家属护理总满意度(94.1%)高于对照组家属(70.6%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组住院时间、气促缓解时间、咳嗽消失时间、哮鸣音消失时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率(5.9%)低于对照组(17.7%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:思维导图引导预见性护理对新生儿重症监护室呼吸机相关性肺炎效果显著,可明显提高患儿家属满意度,缩短症状消失时间,减少并发症,在临床中值得推广应用。Objective:To analyze the intervention effect of predictive nursing guided by mind map on ventilator-associated pneumonia in neonatal intensive care unit.Method:A total of 68 children with ventilator-associated pneumonia in intensive care unit of our hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were studied.According to the method of random number table,they were divided into the control group (34 cases) and the observation group (34 cases).The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given predictive nursing intervention guided by mind map.The differences of family satisfaction,symptom disappearance time and complications between the two groups were compared.Result:The total satisfaction of family members in the observation group (94.1%) was significantly higher than the control group (70.6%),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The time of hospitalization,shortness of breath,cough and wheezing in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total complication rate in the observation group (5.9%) was lower than that in the control group (17.7%),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The predictive nursing guided by mind map has a significant effect on ventilator-associated pneumonia in NICU.It can significantly improve the satisfaction of family members,shorten the time of symptom disappearance and reduce complications.It is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
