中医特色护理在痰喘散穴位敷贴治疗小儿肺炎喘嗽中的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨中医特色护理在痰喘散穴位敷贴治疗小儿肺炎喘嗽中的效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院于2018年11月1日-2019年11月30日收诊的124例小儿肺炎喘嗽患儿,均行痰喘散穴位敷贴治疗。按照等距抽样法将其分为观察组(62例)和对照组(62例)。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用中医特色护理。比较两组生活质量评分、住院费用、咳嗽消失时间,体温恢复正常时间。结果:观察组住院费用、咳嗽消失时间、体温恢复正常时间及生活质量评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在痰喘散穴位敷贴治疗小儿肺炎喘嗽中应用中医特色护理,可改善患儿的生活质量与康复速度,减少医疗费用。Objective:To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia and cough by Phlegm and Asthma Powder acupoint application.Method:A total of 124 cases of children with pediatric pneumonia and cough who were admitted in our hospital from November 1st 2018 to November 30th 2019 were selected.All of them were treated by Phlegm and Asthma Powder acupoint application.According to the isometric sampling method,they were divided into the observation group (62 cases) and the control group (62 cases).The control group adopted routine nursing,and the observation group adopted traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing on the basis of the control group.The quality of life score,hospitalization expenses,cough disappearance time,and temperature recovery time were compared between the two groups.Result:The hospitalization expenses,cough disappearance time,temperature recovery time and quality of life score of the observation group were all better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia and cough by Phlegm and Asthma Powder acupoint application can improve the children’s quality of life and the recovery speed,and reduce the medical expenses.
