切开复位髌骨爪内固定与张力带内固定治疗髌骨骨折的临床效果对照

摘　　要：目的:对比在髌骨骨折治疗中应用切开复位髌骨爪内固定与张力带内固定的临床治疗效果。方法:选取70例在笔者所在医院接受手术治疗的髌骨骨折患者作为临床研究对象,入院时间为2015年10月-2019年10月,采用随机数字表法分组,两组均接受切开复位治疗,复位后,将张力带内固定应用于对照组,将髌骨爪内固定应用于观察组,比较治疗效果及术后并发症发生情况。结果:经治疗后,两组手术耗时、切口长度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组骨折愈合耗时显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组并发症比较,观察组较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:给予接受手术治疗的髌骨骨折患者行切开复位髌骨爪内固定治疗效果更佳,更有利于缩短骨折愈合时间,提高手术治疗安全性。Objective:To compare the clinical effect of open reduction by internal fixation of patella claw and tension band in the treatment of patellar fracture.Method:A total of 70 patients with patellar fracture who received surgical treatment in our hospital were selected as the clinical research objects.The admission time was from October 2015 to October 2019.They were divided two groups by random digital table method.Both groups were treated with open reduction.After reduction,tension band fixation was applied to the patients in the control group,and patellar claw fixation was applied to the patients in the observation group.The therapeutic effect and postoperative complications were compared.Result:After treatment,there was no significant difference in operation time and incision length between the two groups (P>0.05).The fracture healing time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group (P<0.05).The complications of the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Open reduction by internal fixation of patella claw is more effective in the treatment of patella fracture.It is more conducive to shorten the time of fracture healing and improve the safety of operation.
