摘　　要：目的:观察骨瓣开颅血肿清除术联合通窍活血汤治疗高血压壳核出血的效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院2018年7月-2019年6月收治的70例高血压壳核出血患者,使用随机、单盲法完成平均分组,对照组35例接受骨瓣开颅血肿清除术,观察组35例在其基础上联合通窍活血汤治疗,对比两组死亡率、术后1周内GCS的评分及并发症发生情况。结果:观察组术后的死亡率及术后1周内GCS的评分及并发症发生率均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高血压壳核出血患者完成手术治疗后,接受通窍活血汤治疗,能够有效修复神经功能缺损,降低并发症,提升生活质量,在临床治疗中可加以借鉴和研究。Objective:To observe the effect of craniotomy for hematoma removal combined with Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of hypertensive nucleus hemorrhage.Method:A total of 70 patients with hypertensive putamen hemorrhage from July 2018 to June 2019 in our hospital were selected.Randomly and single blinded completed the average grouping,35 patients in the control group received craniotomy for hematoma removal,35 patients in the observation group were treated with Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction on the basis of the control group,and the mortality,GCS score and complications of the two groups were compared.Result:The postoperative mortality,GCS score and the rate of complications in the observation group in one week were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction for patients with hypertensive putamina hemorrhage can effectively repair the nerve function defect,reduce the complications and improve the quality of life of the patients after the operation.It can be used for reference and research in the clinical treatment.
