摘　　要：目的:研究早期肺康复训练干预运用于矽肺患者的效果。方法:选取2018年3月-2019年3月于笔者所在医院治疗的矽肺患者68例,采用随机数字表法将其分为常规组和观察组,每组34例。常规组行常规护理干预,观察组在常规组的基础上行肺康复训练干预。比较两组干预后的临床效果,以及干预前后的肺功能、血氧饱和度、生存质量的情况。结果:干预后,观察组临床效果优于常规组(P<0.05);观察组第1秒呼气末容积(FEV1)、用力呼吸肺活量(FVC)及第1秒呼吸末容积与用力呼吸肺活量百分比(FEV1/FVC%)、血氧饱和度高于常规组(P<0.05);观察组生存质量评分高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:对矽肺患者运用早期肺康复训练干预效果佳,能有效改善肺功能及血氧饱和度情况,提高生存质量。Objective:To study the effect of early lung rehabilitation training on silicosis patients.Method:A total of 68 patients with silicosis who were treated in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected and divided into the routine group and the observation group by random number table method,34 cases in each group.Routine nursing intervention was performed in the routine group,and pulmonary rehabilitation training intervention was performed in the observation group on the basis of the routine group.The clinical effect of the two groups after intervention,lung function,blood oxygen saturation and quality of life were compared.Result:After intervention,the clinical effect of the observation group was better than that of the conventional group (P<0.05).The first second end expiratory volume (FEV1),forced respiratory vital capacity (FVC),the first second end expiratory volume and forced respiratory vital capacity percentage (FEV1/FVC),blood oxygen saturation of the observation group were higher than those of the conventional group (P<0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the conventional group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of early lung rehabilitation training on silicosis patients is good.It can effectively improve the pulmonary function and blood oxygen saturation of patients,and improve the quality of life of patients.
