美国高校经验教育的典型模式与案例研究

摘　　要：为改善学校教育与社会生活严重脱轨的现象,美国高校在杜威实用主义教育思想的影响下,在教学过程中引入了经验教育模式。它主要由“主动学习”、“基于社区的学习”、“整合性学习”和“基于项目的学习”等四种模式构成。实践证明,这种以培养学生综合性实践能力为目标的教育模式,满足了学习方式多样化和学习过程个性化的需求;通过学生亲身参与体验学习过程,帮助学生构建知识并促进学生创造性地运用所学知识,培养团队合作能力、自主学习能力和独立研究能力。这四种经验教育模式可以为我国高校实施经验教育提供参考。In order to improve the phenomenon of serious derailment between school education and social life,American colleges and universities have introduced the experiential education model in the teaching process,under the influence of Dewey’s pragmatic education thought.The experiential education consists of four modes:“active learning”,“community-based learning”,“integrated learning”and“project-based learning”.Practice has proved that this kind of education model aiming at cultivating students’comprehensive practical ability satisfies the needs of diversified learning methods and individualized learning process.Students participate in the experiential learning process,build knowledge,use knowledge creatively,and develop teamwork,self-learning,and independent research skills.These four experiential education models can provide a reference for us to implement experiential education.
