Spatial Structure Study of Urban Agglomerations in China Based on Weibo Big Data

摘  要:通过网络数据挖掘获取微博签到数据,从中提取微博用户的位置变换信息以测度城市间联系强度,并运用社会网络分析和BGLL分类算法对我国城市群空间结构进行研究。研究发现:①基于位置变换测度的城市联系强度并未包含城市地理坐标和所属省份等属性,但各城市群组团均呈现出严格按省级行政边界划分的特征,说明我国城市间联系存在较强的省级行政边界效应;②18个城市群组团被划分为11个单中心组团、4个双中心组团和3个多中心组团,多数为单中心结构,仅有3个城市群组团已发育为成熟的多中心结构;③多中心化的组团结构通过平方增长效应提升该组团的网络总体联系强度,在同等规模下相比于单中心结构能使其核心城市的网络中心度大幅增加,进而提升该城市群组团在全国城市网络的相对核心位置。Weibo check-in data are obtained through network data mining, from which the location transformation information of Weibo users is extracted to measure the strength of the connection between cities. The spatial organization and structure of urban agglomerations in China is studied by using social network analysis and BGLL classification algorithm. Results are as follows. 1) Contact strength based on the measurement of position transformation does not include city geographic coordinates and province or any other properties, but all the cities in China in the composition of the urban agglomeration groups present provincial administrative boundaries strictly, which shows that the spatial scope of provincial administrative units objectively formed small or medium-sized urban agglomerations. 2) The 18 urban agglomerations obtained through social network analysis and classification algorithm are divided into 11 single-center agglomerations, 4 double-center agglomerations and 3 multi-center agglomerations, most of which are single-center organizational structures. Only 3 urban agglomerations have developed into mature multi-center structures. 3) The multi-center cluster structure enhances the overall network connection strength through the square growth effect, and greatly increases the network centrality of its core cities, thus improving the relative position of the urban agglomeration in the national urban network.
