特色小镇原住民邻里交往空间探析——以杭州梦想小镇为例

摘　　要：特色小镇是中国新型城镇化的新探索,致力于打造产城人文四位一体的新社区。伴随特色小镇的规划建设及新产业、新群体的涌入,原住民邻里关系发生转型,交往空间渐趋衰退,交往需求冲突显现,不利于未来社区和谐邻里场景的构建。以杭州市梦想小镇创业大街作为主要研究区域,以原住民邻里交往行为作为切入点,分析其邻里交往空间及其影响因素,进而提出对大街内部邻里交往空间的改进建议,改善原住民邻里交往缺失的现象,为特色小镇邻里交往空间的营造提供一定的参考。Characteristic towns are a new exploration of China′s new type of urbanization, committed to create a new community of industry-city-human-culture integration. Along with the planning and construction of Characteristic Towns and the influx of new industries and new groups, the relationship between the aboriginal neighbourhood has transformed, the communication space has gradually declined, and the conflict in communication needs has become apparent, which is not conducive to the construction of harmonious neighborhood scene in the future community. Taking the Pioneer Street of Hangzhou Dream Town as the main research area, the aboriginal neighborhood interaction behavior as the starting point, this paper analyzes its neighborhood communication space and its influencing factors, and then puts forward suggestions for improving the neighborhood communication space within the street, improving the lack of aboriginal neighborhood communication, and providing certain reference for the construction of neighborhood communication space of characteristic town.
