摘 要:为研究三丁酸甘油酯(tributyrin,TB)对异育银鲫生长和免疫的影响,以基础饲料作为对照,分别在基础饲料中添加0.5 g/kg、1 g/kg、1.5 g/kg、2 g/kg TB配制成4种实验饲料。实验选择健康、体重相近(43.58±1.6)g的异育银鲫450尾,随机分为5组,每组3个重复,每个重复30尾。预试期2周,正试期8周,实验结束后检测其生长性能和免疫指标。结果表明:各实验组异育银鲫的增重率、特定生长率与对照组相比都得到提高,其中添加1 g/kg TB效果最佳,显著降低了饵料系数(p<0.05)。各实验组的头肾和脾脏指数在添加量为0.5~1.0 g/kg范围内显著高于对照组(p<0.05)。各实验组的肝胰脏中一氧化氮含量均低于对照组、过氧化氢酶含量均高于对照组,且除2 g/kg TB外其他实验组均差异显著(p<0.05);肝胰脏中超氧化物歧化酶活性在添加量为1 g/kg和1.5 g/kg显著高于对照组(p<0.05),超过2 g/kg时则会抑制其活性,但差异不显著(p>0.05);各实验组的肝胰脏中丙二醛和溶菌酶的含量均低于对照组,且在添加量为1 g/kg TB时差异显著(p<0.05)。综合来看,添加适量的TB能提高异育银鲫的生长性能,增强其免疫能力,当添加量为1.02 g/kg时效果最佳。To study the effect of tributyrin(TB)on the growth and immunity of Carassius auratus gibelio,a basal diet was formulated as control,and 4 experimental diets were formulated by adding 0.5 g/kg,1 g/kg,1.5 g/kg,2 g/kg tributyrin(TB)in the basal diet,respectively.A total of 450 healthy Crucian Carp with similar weight body weight(43.58±1.6)g were randomly divided into 5 groups with 3 replicates per group and 30 fish per replicate.The adaptation period lasted for 2 week and the formal period lasted for 8 weeks.The results showed that compared with the control group,the weight gain rate and specific growth rate of Carassius auratus gibelio in each experimental group were in creased,and the best effect was to add 1 g/kg TB,which significantly reduced the feed coefficient(p<0.05),but decrease significantly on feed conversion ratio(FCR)(p<0.05).The head kidney index and spleen index in experimental groups were higher than those of control group(p<0.05),and when the doses are in the range of 0.5~1.0 g/kg,they were significantly higher than than those of the control group.The hepatopancreas nitric oxide(NO)concent in experimental groups was lower than those in control group;the content of catalase(CAT)was higher than those of control group,both of their difference were significantly different except 2 g/kg TB(p<0.05);The superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity in 1 g/kg and 1.5 g/kg were significantly higher than that of control group(p<0.05),while 2 g/kg group was lower than that of control group,but the difference was not significant(p<0.05).The hepatopancreas malondialdehyde(MDA)and lysozyme(LSZ)content in experimental groups were lower than those of control group,and the differences were significant between 1 g/kg TB and control group(p<0.05).On the whole,dietary Tributyrin supplementation can improve the growth performance and immunity.When the amount is 1.02 g/kg,the effect is the best.
