摘　　要：农村经济是国民经济的重要组成部分﹐推进农村经济高质量发展﹐是2020年中央一号文件明确提出的农业发展目标﹐是决定脱贫攻坚质量与小康社会成色的重要因素﹐是提升5.6亿农村人口安全感和幸福感的重要举措。全面认识农村经济高质量发展的深刻内涵﹐准确把握我国农村经济高质量发展中面临的生态环境破坏、农产品科技含量低﹑农村基础施设保障弱等不利因素﹐探索通过推进农村循环经济、加快农业科技创新、发展休闲农业旅游﹑提高农村劳动力素质以及完善农村社会保障体系与农村发展机制等途径推进农村经济的高质量发展﹐对于确保农村与城市同步实现小康﹐打赢脱贫攻坚战具有十分重要的意义。The rural economy is an important part of the national economy.Promoting high-quality development of the rural economy is the goal of agricultural development clearly set in the No.1 central document in 2020.It is also an important factor for deciding the quality of poverty alleviation and the well-off society as well as a key measure to enhance the sense of security and happiness of the 560 million rural population.We should have a comprehensive understanding of the profound connotation of the high-quality development of rural economy,and accurately grasp the adverse factors affecting it,such as the damage to ecological environment,the low scientific and technological content of agricultural products,and the weak guarantee of rural infrastructure construction.We should explore ways to promote the rural circular economy,accelerate the innovation in agricultural science and technology,develop recreational agricultural tourism,improve the quality of rural labor force and refine the rural social safety-net and rural development mechanism,so that we can promote the high-quality development of rural economy,which is of great significance to ensuring that the rural and urban areas can build a well-off society simultaneously and to winning the battle of poverty alleviation.
