摘 要:目的探讨品管圈在提高口腔医务人员四手操作质量从而缩短患者就诊等候时间中的作用。方法成立品管圈,规范口腔医务人员四手操作流程。通过现状调查,分析原因,利用品管圈制定合理对策并实施。结果开展品管圈活动后,四手操作医护配合不默契率由80.95%降低到61.91%,患者就诊等候时间由42 min降低到21 min,有效进步率为50%。结论开展品管圈活动,有助于提高口腔医务人员四手操作的质量,从而缩短了患者就诊等候时间,提高工作效率,提升患者满意度。Objective To explore the role of quality control circle(QCC)in improving the quality of four-handed operation of dental medical staff and thus shortening the waiting time of patients.Methods We established a QCC and standardized the four-hand operation process of the dental medical staff.By investigating the current situation,we analyzed the reasons and used the QCC to develop and implement reasonable countermeasures.Results Under the quality control circle activities,the uncoordinated rate of four-handed operation decreased from 80.95%to 61.91%.The waiting time of patients decreased from 42 min to 21 min,and the effective improvement rate was 50%.Conclusion The quality control circle activities is helpful to improve the quality of the four-hand operation of the dental medical staff,thus shortening the waiting time of patients,and improving the efficiency of work and the satisfaction of patients.
