摘　　要：从2020年1月以来复旦大学附属儿科医院作为上海市儿童COVID-19感染者收治的定点医院,儿科护理团队在疫情发生初始进行了快速反应,建立了从门急诊到住院病房护理管理流程,本文详细解读了患儿从门急诊预检、留观、住院、检查到出院的每个环节需进行的护理管理和防护要求,为广大儿科护理工作者在疫情期间的工作提供切实可行的借鉴。Since Jan.2020,Children’s Hospital,Fudan University was designated as the unit to accept children with COVID-19.The pediatric nursing team responded quickly at the beginning of the outbreak.We established the nursing management process from outpatient and emergency department to inpatient ward.This article explains in detail the nursing management and protection requirements for children in every link from emergency preview and observation,outpatient preview and observation,hospitalization,examination to discharge,so as to provide the practical reference during the pandemic for peers.
