摘  要:高压燃油多次喷射是实现各类汽油机及柴油机循环效率与尾气排放优化的关键。基于CompactRIO硬件平台,通过使用高压气源、气液泵、高压共轨、轨压传感器、高压喷油器及各类I/O模块设计开发了高压燃油多次喷射试验系统。经过基于高速摄影机、纹影法及长管法等测试系统的验证,所开发的高压燃油多次喷射试验系统可以实现10~320 MPa的喷射压力、同循环5次燃油喷射,可满足未来汽油机及柴油机缸内高压燃油多次喷射过程的控制与测试需求。High pressure fuel multi-injection is the key parameter for cycle efficiency and emission pollutants optimization in future advanced direct injection gasoline and diesel engines. This paper proposed a high pressure fuel multi-injection experiment system based on CompactRIO platform which consist of high pressure gas sources,air-fluid booster,common rail,rail pressure sensor,high pressure fuel injector and different kinds of I/O modules. The established system is verified through high speed camera,Schlieren method and Bosch method,its design objectives 10 MPa to 320 MPa injection pressure and 5 times fuel injection within one cycle are fully confirmed. The high pressure fuel multi-injection experiment system can be used to satisfy the in-cylinder high pressure fuel multiinjection control and verification requirements in future advanced direct injection gasoline and diesel engines with high efficiency.
