摘　　要：新闻行业是一个讲究时效和创新的行业,伴随着全媒体时代和信息社会的到来,新媒体技术已经渗透到社会生活之中,以大数据为代表的各类算法技术拓宽了人们获取信息的渠道,给传统新闻行业带来了巨大的冲击和挑战,对新型新闻人才提出了更高要求。新闻变革势在必行,在这样的背景下,为新闻行业输送人才的高等院校必须与时俱进,紧跟瞬息万变的时代潮流,加快新闻人才培养方式的转变进度,推动新闻教育变革。It is obvious that journalism is a very time-sensitive and innovative industry.It seems that with the advent of omnimedia era and information society,new media technology has penetrated into modern social life.There is no doubt that big data and recommendation of various algorithms,have broadened people's access to information and brought huge impacts and challenges to the traditional news industry.Also,such technologies demand higher requirements for news talents.Therefore,it is inevitable to change in journalism.Under such circumstance,colleges must keep pace with the time and provide talents for the news industry.Similarly,it is necessary to accelerate the transformation of cultivation model so as to promote the reform of journalism education.
