摘 要:为解决某电厂600 MW亚临界燃煤锅炉超低NOx燃烧系统改造后出现的低负荷和变负荷工况下再热汽温偏低的问题,提升机组运行安全性和经济性。从设计、运行、机理等方面入手,深挖问题根源,探究其解决方案。通过运行调整优化、系统优化配置、亚临界机组受热面调整等措施来提升再热蒸汽温度,改造后低负荷稳定工况下再热汽温提升10℃;高负荷工况下,主、再热蒸汽不超温,达到预期效果。In order to solve the problem of low reheat steam temperature after the upgrade ultra-low NOx combustion system of a 600 MW subcritical coal-fired boiler and improve the operation safety and economy of the unit.Reasons for design,operation,mechanism are considered to explore their solutions.Through the adjustment and optimization,optimization of the system configuration,heating surface area adjustment and other measures to improve the reheater steam temperature under the conditions of low load and rapid variable load,the reheat steam temperature was increased by 10℃under the low load and stable working conditions after the transformation.Under high load conditions,the main and reheat steam temperature are not overheated and the expected effect is achieved.
