药物治疗前后白癜风患者血清TNF-α、sIL-2R水平变化研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨他克莫司软膏治疗白癜风患者血清TNF-α、sIL-2R水平变化。方法:选取笔者所在医院白癜风患者122例,随机数字表法分为研究组(n=61)、常规组(n=61)。常规组采用窄谱中波紫外线治疗,研究组于常规组基础上采用他克莫司软膏治疗,统计比较两组治疗前后血清可溶性白介素-2(sIL-2R)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平及临床疗效、不良反应发生率及。结果:研究组治疗总有效率78.69%,高于常规组的60.66%(P<0.05);治疗3个疗程后研究组血清TNF-α、sIL-2R水平低于常规组(P<0.05);研究不良反应发生率(8.20%)与常规组(4.92%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:他克莫司软膏联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗白癜风患者效果确切,可降低患者血清TNF-α、sIL-2R水平,且安全性高。Objective:To investigate the effect of Tacrolimus Ointment on TNF-α,sIL-2R level in the serum of patients with vitiligo.Method:A total of 122 patients with vitiligo in our hospital were selected and divided into study group(n=61)and routine group(n=61)according to different treatment schemes.The conventional group was treated with NB-UVB,and the research group was treated with Tacrolimus Ointment on the basis of the conventional group.The clinical efficacy,the incidence of adverse reactions,and the levels of serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and soluble interleukin-2(sIL-2R)were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 78.69%,higher than 60.66%in the conventional group(P<0.05).After three courses of treatment,serum TNF-αand sIL-2R levels in the study group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study was 8.20%,compared with 4.92%in the conventional group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Tacrolimus Ointment combined with NB-UVB is effective in treating patients with vitiligo,it can reduce serum TNF-αand sIL-2R levels and is highly safe.
