支撑喉镜下治疗声带息肉的效果及对患者声带功能的影响分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨支撑喉镜下治疗声带息肉的效果及对患者声带功能的影响。方法:收集100例笔者所在医院2014年7月-2018年7月声带息肉患者,随机分组。电子喉镜手术方式组50例声带息肉患者采取电子喉镜手术方式,支撑喉镜手术组50例声带息肉患者实施支撑喉镜手术。分析治疗总有效率;治疗前后患者声带功能相关指标;舌体麻木、舌根撕裂等并发症的发生率。结果:支撑喉镜手术组声带功能指标基频微扰、振幅微扰显著低于电子喉镜手术方式组(P<0.05),支撑喉镜手术组标准化嗓音能量显著高于电子喉镜手术方式组(P<0.05)。支撑喉镜手术组治疗总有效率优于电子喉镜手术方式组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。支撑喉镜手术组舌体麻木、舌根撕裂等并发症的发生率高于电子喉镜手术方式组(P<0.05)。结论:声带息肉患者实施支撑喉镜手术可获得较高的临床价值,其可更好提高治疗效果,促使患者声带功能更好改善,但也可一定程度增加舌体麻木、舌根撕裂等并发症的发生率。Objective:To investigate the effect of bracing laryngoscope in the treatment of vocal cord polyps and its effect on vocal cord function.Method:A total of 100 patients with vocal cord polyps in our hospital from July 2014 to July 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.Fifty patients with vocal cord polyps in the electronic laryngoscope group were treated with electronic laryngoscope,and 50 patients with vocal cord polyps in the bracing laryngoscope group were treated with bracing laryngoscope.The total effective rate of treatment,the related indexes of vocal cord function before and after treatment,and the incidence of complications such as tongue numbness and tongue root tear were analyzed.Result:The fundamental frequency perturbation and amplitude perturbation of vocal cord in the bracing laryngoscope group were significantly lower than those in the electronic laryngoscope group(P<0.05).The standardized voice energy in the bracing laryngoscope group was significantly higher than that in the electronic laryngoscope group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of bracing laryngoscope group was better than that of electronic laryngoscope group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The incidence of complications such as tongue numbness and tongue root tear in the bracing laryngoscope group was higher than that in the electronic laryngoscope group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bracing laryngoscope surgery for patients with vocal cord polyps can obtain higher clinical value,which can better improve the therapeutic effect and improve the vocal cord function of patients,but it can also increase the incidence of complications such as tongue numbness and tongue root tear to a certain extent.
