摘 要:在实验室小试催化剂的基础上,成功进行了异构脱蜡及补充精制催化剂工业放大。依托中海油惠州石化有限公司40万t/a润滑油基础油装置,进行了自制异构脱蜡和补充精制催化剂的工业侧线试验,考察了液时体积空速、反应温度及反应压力等条件对催化剂性能的影响。研究结果表明:在液时体积空速为1.0~1.3 h^-1、反应温度为320~335℃、反应压力为12~14.5 MPa、氢油体积比为590∶1的工艺条件下,反应液收(液体产物的收率)>98%,比工业装置高3.4%,润滑油基础油总收率为76%,比工业装置高1%~2%,产品各项指标合格。侧线催化剂性能稳定,1 500 h运行过程中,反应温度仅提高1℃。催化剂整体性能与参比催化剂相当,侧线试验取得圆满成功。Industrial scale-up of isodewaxing and hydrofinishing catalysts were successfully prepared on the basis of pilot catalysts.An industrial side line experiment of isodewaxing and hydrofinishing catalysts was carried out relying on the 4.0 ×10^5 t/a lubricating base oil unit of CNOOC Huizhou Petrochemical Co.,Ltd..The influences of liquid hourly space velocity,reaction temperature and reaction pressure on the performance of catalysts were investigated.Results showed that the yield of products and total lube base oil were more than 98% and 76% respectively,with a 3.4% and 1%~2% higher than industrial equipment under the reaction conditions of LHSV =1.0 ~1.3 h^-1,reaction temperature of 320 ~335 ℃,reaction pressure of12~14.5 MPa and volume ratio of hydrogen to oil of 590 ∶1 and the production could satisfy the requirement of commercial production to its properties.After 1 500 h running,the catalysts exhibited stable performance.Reaction temperature increased only 1 ℃.The overall performances of the catalysts were comparable to that of the reference catalysts,and the industrial side line experiment had been successfully completed.
