摘　　要：本文以西部地区某县的木结构房屋为例,对农村住房危险性鉴定中的定性鉴定和定量鉴定的适用范围进行讨论,并以上述房屋鉴定为例,分别应用两种方法对鉴定过程进行阐述。最后,以其中某一地区房屋鉴定评级结果为例,对该地区房屋的建成年代、结构形式、地区特点进行总结和分析,为今后从事农村住房危险性鉴定的技术人员提供参考。In this paper,some wooden frame buildings in Western China are taken as the examples to illustrate the application scopes for the qualitative and quantitative fatalness evaluation,and so as the evaluation process.Taking the housing appraisal and grading results of a certain area as an example,this paper summarizes and analyzes the completion time,structural form and regional characteristics of the rural housing in this area,in order to provide reference for the technical personnel engaged in the risk identification of rural housing field in the future.
