摘 要:介绍了一种新型结构的大流量干蒸汽加湿器,该设备采用新型的内部流道结构和多孔喷射结构,并且具有三级汽水分离功能,从而最大限度地保障了加湿器喷射出的干蒸汽纯度。试验结果表明,具有多级汽水分离能力的干蒸汽加湿器具有大流量干蒸汽加湿能力,显著地提升了目前干蒸汽加湿量的上限值,并且加湿全程中无明显喷水和湿底现象产生。此外,使用该干蒸汽加湿器进行风道加湿时可以大大缩短加湿吸收距离,便于系统集成化及其他设备的布置。Presents a new structure of large flow dry steam humidifiers, which adopts a new type of internal channel structure and porous jet structure, and has three-stage steam-water separation function which maximizes to guarantee the purity of dry steam ejected from the humidifier. The test results show that the dry steam humidifier has high flow capacity of dry steam humidification, which significantly increases the current upper limit of dry steam humidification. In the whole process of humidifying, there is no water spray and wet bottom phenomena. In addition, when using the dry steam humidifier to humidify the air duct, the humidification absorption distance can be greatly shortened, which is convenient to facilitate the system integration and the layout of other equipments.
