摘  要:目的:优选清肺消痤合剂的提取工艺。方法:建立HPLC法同时测定清肺消痤合剂中黄芩苷、小檗碱、芍药苷的含量。以各指标性成分含量和浸膏得率为综合评价指标,以浸泡时间、提取次数、提取时间及加水量为考察因素,采用层次分析法确定权重系数,多指标综合评分法结合正交试验法优选提取工艺。结果:优选提取工艺条件为浸泡时间30 min,加水量为8倍,提取3次,每次1.5 h。结论:优化的提取工艺合理可行,可为清肺消痤合剂的生产提供技术参考。Objective:To optimize the extraction process of Qingfei Xiaocuo mixture.Methods:An HPLC method was established for the content determination of baicalin,berberine and paeoniflorin in Qingfei Xiaocuo mixture.With the content of each index component and the extract yield as the evaluation indices,the weight coefficient was determined by AHP.Orthogonal test combined with multi-index comprehensive scoring method was used to optimize the extraction process by testing the soaking time,times of decoction,duration of decoction and amount of water added.Results:The extraction conditions were as follows:adding 8-fold amount of water and reflux extracting 3 times with 1.5 h for each time,and the time of soaking was 30 minutes.Conclusion:The optimized extraction process is reasonable and feasible,which provides technical support for the production of Qingfei Xiaocuo mixture.
